The Green brush is compact and has a built-in collection chamber: you work it over the fabric, rotate the handle left and right to clear the brush surface, then open the chamber and empty the gathered hair.

Work it over dry fabric
Use light pressure on dry clothing, upholstered furniture and bedding. The 4-in-1 is also described by the supplier for damp use on window screens and tiles.

Clear the brush surface
Rotate the handle left and right to clean the brush surface — the gathered hair and lint collect in the brush's chamber. On the 4-in-1, wipe the flannel face and use the small edge brush for gaps.

Empty it and go again
Open the collection chamber and tip the hair into the bin. Nothing is peeled off and thrown away, and there is no refill to buy.
Fabric textures differ. Test a small hidden area first, avoid delicate, loose-knit or damaged fabrics, and do not force the mechanism.

The contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international addresses are not enabled at checkout, because we cannot yet quote or track a reliable service to them.

Flat $8.00 per order, and free on orders of $70.00 or more. That is the whole rate card — there are no upgrades or expedited options.
How long it takes
Dispatch in 1–3 days (the supplier's figure for 62.5% of their past orders), then 5–11 days to a US address (their figure for 62%). These are measured percentages, not guarantees, and they ignore weekends, holidays and customs checks.
Who sends it
Our supplier, from their overseas warehouse. Your order is not shipped from a US warehouse, and we do not collect duties or import taxes — if your destination charges any, they are yours to pay.
If something is wrong
Tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort out a replacement or a refund. Change-of-mind returns are not offered, and returns, if the supplier asks for one, go to their overseas warehouse.
Cancelling
Ask before the supplier has dispatched and we cancel and refund in full. Once it has shipped, the damaged-or-wrong process above applies.

Is this a brush for my cat or dog?

Can I return it if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are not offered, so please read the product page before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund — see the refund and returns policy for the detail.
